Elite Management Concierge (EMC) is looking for a tenacious, service-oriented Assistant to join our mission-driven team in Seattle. This part-time position offers $25–$30 per hour plus health, dental, and vision insurance (401K coming soon!) and is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys variety in their work. If you take pride in exceptional customer service, love solving problems, and aren't afraid of a little heavy lifting, we want to hear from you! About Elite Management Concierge (EMC) EMC is a high-end concierge and home management company that prides itself on expert problem-solving and outstanding customer service . We help busy homeowners reclaim their time by handling everything from routine maintenance to complex projects. Our culture is built on three core values: always putting customer service first, doing the right thing every time, and taking care of people in all aspects of the job. We’re a small, close-knit team with a big mission and every team member plays a crucial role in our clients’ success. Role Overview As an Assistant Project Manager at EMC , you will be the versatile right-hand support for our clients, and our in-house team. One day you might be coordinating schedules and sending appointment reminders; the next, you might be out in the field assisting with a home project or running errands for a client. Variety is the norm ! This role is roughly 50% desk work (planning, coordinating, researching) and 50% manual work (hands-on tasks, on-site support). You'll travel regularly to client properties throughout the Seattle metro area, so a reliable vehicle and willingness to drive are a must. In all you do, you’ll uphold our high standards of service — working with high-end, discerning clients means professionalism and a can-do attitude are essential. If you can think on your feet, take initiative to solve problems, and handle anything from a power drill to a spreadsheet, you’ll thrive in this position. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Project Coordination: Schedule and follow up with subcontractors for home maintenance tasks and small projects, ensuring work is completed to high standards. Calendar Management: Send timely appointment reminders and updates to the EMC team and clients, helping everyone stay on track. Research & Vetting: Research, compare, and vet subcontractors and vendors to find the best fit for our clients’ needs. Errands & Logistics: Run errands as needed (picking up supplies, dropping off items, etc.) to support project and client needs. Hands-On Maintenance: Perform basic home maintenance and repair tasks; comfortably handle tools and physical labor when required. On-Site Support: Conduct on-site property checks, oversee and assist subcontractors/vendors during visits, and ensure quality control. Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistant support to the owners (Zoe and Dustin) as needed, which could include organizing tasks, helping with personal projects, or other administrative duties. Problem Solving: Tackle unexpected issues with resourcefulness – whether that means researching solutions online or improvising a quick fix – all while keeping the client's best interest in mind. Qualifications & What We’re Looking For Self-Starter: You are highly driven, proactive, and reliable. You take initiative and can work independently without close supervision. You look for the reasons why you can get something done instead of focusing on the reason why you can’t. Valid Drivers License & Traveler: You have a reliable car or truck, a clean driving record , and are willing to travel throughout Washington State for work. Trustworthy: Able to pass a background check, as you will often work unsupervised in clients’ homes and handle sensitive assignments. Hands-On Skills: Comfortable with physical work and have a basic understanding of home maintenance or DIY tasks. You can lift and carry heavy items and work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). What you don’t know we can always teach you! Office Skills: Organized and tech-savvy enough to handle scheduling, emails, and research on a computer. You can switch between field work and desk work seamlessly. Client-Focused: Polished and professional when interacting with high-end, demanding clients. You have a friendly, service-oriented attitude and understand the discretion needed in upscale environments. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to tactfully handle conflict and de-escalate tense situations. You stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a cool head. Character & Drive: No formal experience is required – we value character, reliability, and a strong work ethic above all. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we will train you. Our Core Values Customer Service First: We put our clients first in every decision and action, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Do the Right Thing, Always: Integrity is at the heart of our business. We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching. Take Care of People: We go above and beyond to support our clients, partners, and each other! Caring for people is central to everything we do. Hourly Pay: $25–$35 per hour (DOE – depending on experience and qualifications). Schedule: Part-time to start (flexible hours), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Benefits: Full benefits package offered (including health insurance and other benefits). Growth Opportunity: This role is designed to expand. As our business grows, you’ll have the chance to take on more responsibility, learn new skills, and advance within the company. Team & Culture: Work closely with the company founders and be part of a small, passionate team where your ideas and contributions are valued. How to Apply If you’re excited about this opportunity and ready to be part of a dynamic, people-focused team , we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting why you’d be a great fit for the Assistant role at EMC. Apply today and come grow with us at Elite Management Concierge!
