Associate Podiatrist with Partnership Potential – Live & Work in Paradise!

We’re a *busy, well-established, multi-doctor podiatry group* in *sunny Southwest Florida*, seeking a *motivated, surgically trained Associate Podiatrist* to join our growing team of six board-certified physicians.

This is a *rare opportunity* for a skilled and compassionate doctor who’s ready to take on a *full spectrum of foot and ankle care* in a practice that supports *growth, collaboration, and future partnership potential*.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide full-scope podiatric care:
* Trauma | Sports Medicine | Wound Care | Routine Foot CareForefoot/Rearfoot/Ankle Surgical Pathology
* Consults & inpatient rounding (1–2 per day)
* Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Share on-call responsibilities (1 week every 3 weeks)

Where You'll Work:

Affiliated with *two local hospitals* and a *premier surgical center*, offering full hospital privileges and emergency department access.

Compensation & Benefits:
* *Base Salary:* $115,000
* *Incentive Bonus:* 25% of collections above $400K (minus graft/DME)
* *CME Allowance:* $2,500/year
* *Insurance:* Medical, Dental, Vision & Malpractice
* *PTO:* 80 hours/year
* *Professional Dues:* ACFAS, APMA/FPMA & hospital dues covered
* *Uniforms provided*
