What You’ll Do:

• Source and secure truckload capacity through existing and new carrier relationships.
• Negotiate rates and build long-term partnerships with carriers.
• Book and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring top-tier service.
• Track loads and communicate updates proactively to internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Vet and onboard new carriers in compliance with company standards.
• Manage carrier performance, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
• Collaborate daily with sales and account teams to ensure successful freight execution.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in carrier sales, dispatch, or logistics operations (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or equivalent experience
