Are you an experienced roofing professional ready to take the lead? Join a fast-growing commercial roofing services team as a Commercial Roofing Service Manager, overseeing multiple crews and ensuring top-notch results on every project.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise, schedule & coordinate multiple service crews for timely project completion
• Conduct on-site inspections to uphold safety compliance and quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact for customers—managing requests, updates & issue resolution
• Estimate and oversee repair/maintenance work orders (labor, materials, timelines)
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials and tools
• Recruit, train & evaluate field personnel; foster a safety-first, continuous-improvement culture
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years in commercial roofing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Deep knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up, metal), waterproofing & coatings
• Proven leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Strong project-management, budgeting & scheduling expertise
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites
Bonus If You Have:
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with roofing software (e.g., FCS, Miter, Epicore)
