Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Disclosure Analyst to support one of our client's in the Richmond, VA area. This will be a 6-month contract with potential extensions - sitting onsite 5x a week M-Fri.

The Disclosure Desk Analyst verifies that mortgage & equity disclosure packages comply with applicable disclosure regulations as well as investor and agency disclosure requirements. Specifically, the role reviews mortgage & equity files for accuracy and completeness; monitors the disclosure desk dashboards and inbox for review requests; as well as preparing and delivering initial disclosure packages and re-disclosures to borrowers. This role maintains effective communication with members, business partners, and teammates to uphold quality member service.

Responsibilities

• Audit, verify and ensure that mortgage & equity loan disclosure packages are accurate and comply with prescribed regulation timelines at time of delivery to members.
• Ensure disclosures are delivered with the correct fee amounts in all categories- with minimal to zero tolerances
• Maintains a general understanding of the Loan Estimate and various related fee categories and the tolerance level associated with each category.
• Monitor pipeline daily to ensure initial and re-disclosure packages are prepared and distributed to applicants within regulatory timeframes.

Qualifications

• Significant mortgage/equity related work experience required.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of Regulation Z (RESPA)/Know Before You Owe and TILA.
• Excellent knowledge of mortgage documentation, mortgage banking regulations.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of conventional, government (FHA, VA, USDA), and state housing finance agency (Virginia Housing) residential first & second mortgage products, grants, subordinate liens and disclosure documents.
• Excellent knowledge of private mortgage insurance plans and options.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
