We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a professional, experienced nanny to join a warm and welcoming family in San Francisco. The role is live in or live out. Monday to Friday 8.30am til 5.30/6.30pm. The role focuses on caring for their 2 year-old toddler, with future responsibility for their newborn, who is expected in September.
The nanny must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the USA, as visa sponsorship is NOT available.
We are recruiting for a warm and welcoming family based in San Francisco, seeking a live-in or live out nanny to join them long-term and care for their growing family. They have a fun and curious 2-year-old, and are expecting a new baby in early September.
The primary responsibility of this role will be caring for their infant, with some assistance needed for their toddler, such as occasional school drop-offs or attending activities like baby swim classes.
The Nanny will be a fun, engaging and a confident person with a true passion for children and their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time care for their new baby (from newborn stage) supporting Mom in early days
Support toddler care as needed (mainly ad hoc)
Engage both children with age-appropriate play and routines
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Assist with light nursery-related duties (e.g., baby laundry, bottle sterilising)
Drive children to scheduled activities (car provided)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers (preferably as a nanny, but some experience in a nursery, or early years setting (as well as nanny work) could be considered)
Confident and safe driver with a valid license (they can support conversion to a California license if required)
Able to commit for at least 18–24 months
(Aged under 26 at start date to qualify for the J-1 Au Pair visa if coming from the UK)
Fluent in English and capable of using initiative
Fun, confident, and nurturing personality
Annual salary of $70,000-110k (depends on live in or out, exact number of hours and your skills and experience)
Live-in accommodation provided (private room and board)
