• We are in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient-service model integrating 2 MDs, 2 APPs, Clinic Assistants and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
• Walk-In care, on-site
• Flexible, 0.6-1.0 FTE
• 100% outpatient
• 1:26 telephone call

• Staples, MN, is located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis
• Staples population: approximately 3,000
