Support the Appointment Coordinator: Provide patient names and amounts due to ensure smooth and effective over-the-counter collections. Process and Review Reports: Identify financial concerns and note any payment issues in patient charts based on scheduled reports. Verify Insurance Information: Confirm required documentation for claims processing with insurance companies, including x-rays, charting, and narratives. Correspond with Insurance Companies: Verify benefits and gather additional information to determine patient cost shares. Handle Insurance Inquiries: Manage daily inquiries from the dental office regarding insurance matters. Flexible Team Player: Be willing to assist in other areas as needed to support the team's success.
