Job Details We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and forward-thinking individual to play an integral part in shaping our IT security landscape. The IT Security Manager will be responsible for establishing and enforcing security policies that protect our systems and patient data from infiltration and cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Governance, security compliance frameworks, and project management. Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic, long-term IT security plan to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Oversee the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the secure configuration and management of security systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, PII, and PCI-DSS controls. Lead information IT Security, Risk, and Compliance projects to minimize risk and enhance data protection. Conduct regular review of IT security controls and systems to identify potential issues or improvements. Develop and manage a comprehensive IT security training program for all employees. Serve as the key liaison for all IT security-related incidents and investigations. Collaborate with business leaders to align security initiatives with business strategies and objectives. Stay abreast of the latest IT security trends, threats, and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proven experience with IT Governance, security compliance frameworks, and project management. Strong understanding of NIST, IT SOX, trust principles, and NIST cybersecurity. Experience leading information IT Security, Risk, and Compliance projects. Familiarity with PII and PCI-DSS Controls. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
