Land Development Construction Manager(s)

My client, a large regional developer of residential real estate, is looking for 2 construction managers in the SF Bay area. Responsibilities include on site management of all trades/consultants in the creation and delivery of 'building ready' sites: grading, storm drain, wet/dry utilities, retaining walls, curb and gutter, streets. sidewalks, streetlights, landscaping, inspections. Additionally you will be required to manage the budget and delivery (schedule), working closely with the vertical aspects of construction as part of the team. Experience in a similar position in the Bay area is a MUST, must be a team player, a good communicator and have a track record of working well with city inspectors as well as neighboring communities.
