Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience

Were looking for a Lead Local Delivery Driver to oversee our Bay Area white glove delivery and assembly team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive a premium delivery experience while maintaining operational excellence in our warehouse and transportation processes. Youll lead a team of drivers and assemblers, handle daily deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as the communication bridge between drivers, local operations, and leadership.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers and assemblers
• Lead daily delivery operations including routing, logistics, and customer service
• Perform ride-alongs, audits, and provide coaching to ensure consistent team performance
• Troubleshoot delivery or customer service issues and resolve them promptly
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and perform regular cycle counts
• Step in to drive and deliver customer orders as needed
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance, and adherence to all local delivery standards
• Collaborate with the Local Operations and Management teams to ensure service excellence

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (delivery/warehouse experience preferred)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Experience in warehouse environments and managing inventory
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first mindset and ability to lead by example
