Are you a licensed health insurance agent passionate about serving the Medicare & ACA population? Do you thrive in a consultative sales role where your expertise, ethics, and drive directly impact your earnings? As a full-time health insurance sales agent, you’ll play a key role in educating prospects and clients on their options and various day-to-day tasks associated with driving growth and delivering service that exceeds expectations – remotely or from our Seal Beach, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

• Build and manage a pipeline of Medicare and ACA prospects through inbound and outbound outreach
• Drive visibility through proactive local marketing, events, and strategic partnerships

Client Education & Support

• Guide clients through ACA and Medicare eligibility, plan options, and enrollment
• Help beneficiaries make informed, confident decisions in their best interest

Community Engagement & Referrals

• Lead or support virtual and in-person Medicare education seminars
• Cultivate strong referral networks with community stakeholders

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain full compliance with CMS, carrier, and agency standards
• Keep client records accurate and current across platforms

What You Bring

• Active health insurance license
• 2+ years of Medicare or health insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and client-focused mindset
• CRM proficiency and tech-savvy approach
• Commitment to high ethical standards, discretion and excellence.

Bonus Points:

• AHIP certification
• ACA Individual & Family Plan experience
• Public speaking or education background
• Bilingual fluency
