Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Assist attorneys with managing a high-volume caseload from inception to resolution.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and gathering necessary information.
• Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
• Scheduling:  Scheduling depositions, trials, and any other litigation related appointments. Assisting attorney with maintaining their calendar
• Trial Preparation: Organize and maintain case files, prepare trial exhibits, and coordinate witness schedules.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
• Skills: Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management software
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a passion for helping others and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
