Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ENG Manufacturing Engineer I

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Range: 23-25/hr

What's the Job?

• Work with moderate direction to identify issues and seek assistance in resolving them.
• Perform engineering tasks related to planning and adapting methods to enhance manufacturing production.
• Examine equipment, processes, and operations to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements.
• Implement inspection and testing methods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor operations standards and carry out necessary changes as required.

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess processes and suggest improvements.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
