With a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, they are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the plant, optimizing production processes, and contributing to the long-term reliability of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to engineering challenges, demonstrate leadership potential, and grow into a managerial role overseeing the company’s maintenance operations.

What’s in it for You:

  • Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and factory layout planning.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams and begin transitioning into a supervisory role over maintenance operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and reliability, assisting in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all engineering and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
  • Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership potential with a desire to take on a supervisory/managerial path.
