• Europtics is a Upscale Eyewear boutique, we offer our customers a personal shopping and fitting experience based on their individual needs. We cater to high-end clientele with the best European brands available. The motivated employee will learn about these brands and what makes them superior to cheaper product. Fittings, adjustments, lens edging, and lens technology are all intricate details of providing an excellent optical experience. All training for our specific brands will be available after hire.

The qualified candidate will possess basic lens format knowledge. Basic knowledge of coatings i.e. different types of AR and what they are used for. Must be comfortable with sales and talking to clients about our products. Expectations of the position include: Basic frame adjustments, specialty frame adjustments (We will send to training for specific brands). Running point of Sale software, balancing your cash register, sending and receiving orders, and proper phone etiquette. No vision insurance processing experience required. ABOC is a Plus.
