About the Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on Paid Search Manager to lead the execution and optimization of search campaigns across Google and Microsoft/Bing Ads. This is a contract role (30 hours/week) for the first 2 months, with the strong intent to convert to a full-time position if it’s the right fit.

You’ll work across clients to drive performance, manage budgets, and develop strategic paid search programs that tie into broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Own keyword strategy, bidding, ad copywriting, and daily campaign management.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to meet goals and KPIs.
• Analyze data and deliver insights, optimizations, and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align search strategy with broader marketing efforts.
• Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends; occasionally assist with related channels like YouTube, GDN, or Shopping.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recent, hands-on paid search experience, ideally in an agency or holding company environment.
• Currently or recently held a Search Manager role.
• Expert in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Comfortable with the tactical, day-to-day "hands-on keys" work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
