As a Production Associate at Counsilman-Hunsaker, you'll lead exciting aquatic projects from concept to completion, working with vibrant communities and top-tier universities. You'll be the key team member, ensuring seamless project workflows, top-quality deliverables, and stellar client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute project scope and workflow, from design to construction.
  • Produce cutting-edge deliverables in Revit and CAD.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and project specifications.
  • Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and codes to support ongoing innovation in design and production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required, with experience in CAD as a secondary tool.
  • Understanding architectural and engineering principles gained through technical education or demonstrable work experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
