Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Elyria, OH

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 6am - 2pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts, clean, move, and package parts as required.
• Perform a variety of machining operations on equipment as necessary.
• Assist in gaging of parts and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Conduct quality testing for proper valve function and ensure correct labeling of valves.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality, safety, and customer service continuously.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a focus on quality.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage orders efficiently.
• Willingness to assist in various departments to support plant productivity.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
