Front Desk Secretary / Administrative Assistant - Fully on-site

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$50-55K

MUST have 2-3 years of experience within a professional setting

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as answering calls, filing, scanning, and sorting/distributing incoming mail

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with residents, clients, vendors, and contractors

  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage equipment upkeep

  • Coordinate mailing and package logistics, including FedEx and UPS accounts

  • Prepare and distribute property-related mailings

  • Process property reimbursements with careful review of receipt documentation

  • Assist executives with special projects and administrative support

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Solid understanding of administrative and clerical procedures

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Friendly, professional presence with outstanding interpersonal skills
