Salary: $130K–$160K (based on experience)

About the Role:

Tiello is proud to partner with a well-established residential roofing company in the Columbus, OH area to hire an experienced Field Manager . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing job site quality, managing homeowner interactions, and supporting warranty/service work. You’ll help ensure every roofing project reflects the company’s high standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Support: Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations and serve as backup when needed.
• Job Site Management: Conduct daily inspections, verify quality on previous installs, and ensure safety and craftsmanship across all sites.
• Homeowner Engagement: Be the point of contact for customers on-site—handle service requests, de-escalate concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
• Warranty Work: Manage follow-ups and ensure all warranty issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Scheduling Support: Help coordinate daily schedules with supervisors and field crews to maintain smooth operations.
• Internal Communication: Work with office teams to track support tickets, service tasks, and follow-up actions.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold OSHA standards and promote job site safety.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of residential roofing experience
• Proven ability to manage homeowner communication and resolve service issues
• Experience with QA, punch lists, and walkthroughs
• Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, and internal software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• OSHA Certification preferred
• FAA Part 107 Drone License is a plus
• Familiarity with LP, Hardie, vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters is a plus
