Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the community in a company-provided vehicle.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
• Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Meet the qualifications of a security guard.
• Ability to pass all required background investigations.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Additional Information:

• Physical Security Officers (PSOs) represent the front line of our security services.
• PSOs work from a company-supplied vehicle that is kept on location. Multiple officers per shift.
• Responsibilities include delivering high-end customer service, responding to emergencies, deterring and preventing crime, and conducting regular patrols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience appreciated
• Prior Security experience is preferred.
• Basic Report Writing Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent de-escalation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements.
• Ability to wear a uniform.

Employment Terms:

• Employment with OPS Security Group is voluntary and subject to termination by the employee or OPS Security Group at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time.
