We're seeking a Regional Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee our Texas and Utah properties. This position will be based out of San Antonio, Texas, working in our 2 Piatti locations but will also oversee our Camp Outpost Co. brand locations in San Antonio and Springdale, Utah in Zion National Park. Some travel will be required.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS?
The Regional Director, Restaurant Operations is a key position in aligning and moving the company forward, built on a foundation of a people focused culture where quality, consistency and creativity is the roadmap. This will mean acting as both player and coach to achieve our goals.

To succeed, this director must be an inspirational leader, for both front and back of house, supporting and executing the brands' vision. This person must have the ability to spark creativity amongst the team and ignite new ideas across existing restaurants as well as future projects, balanced with the leadership and business acumen to drive results through quality standards and expectations. Success will be measured by the financial results of these properties, the fanatic loyalty of our guests, and the retention of our employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Support and embody a company culture in line with the mission, vision, and values of Palisades Hospitality.
• Working out of a single property, and supporting the other branded properties in remote regions to include Texas and Utah.
• Develop strategies based in a culture of creativity, for identifying new and unique opportunities for revenue generation within our brands from quick serve to fine dining.
• Develop and execute any new company initiative rollouts to your team, with the support of relevant functional department heads.
• Maintain a quality culture by setting clear expectations for restaurant General Managers and Chefs and ensuring company standards are adhered to
• Ensure the guest dining experience is remarkable in all aspects.
• Work collaboratively across functional departments of the company including Accounting + Finance, Marketing, IT and People + Culture in fostering desired business results through both the guest and employee experience.
• Work collaboratively with the other members of the senior Operations team to create, edit and/or advance useful tools, initiatives, and strategies for the field.
